Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

Funnels Amplified is a product of TRV Global LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Funnels Amplified," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to funnelsamplified.com and to the Funnels Amplified software platform (together, the "Services").

Two kinds of information

We handle information in two different roles, and this policy treats them differently.

Account information. This is information about the churches, ministries and people who visit our website or sign up for the Services. For this information, we decide how it is used.

Customer Data. This is information a church or ministry ("Customer") puts into the platform about its own members, visitors, volunteers and contacts. Examples include names, phone numbers, email addresses, prayer requests and form answers. We process Customer Data only on the Customer's behalf and under the Customer's instructions. The Customer controls that data and is responsible for having the right to collect it and to message those contacts. If you are a contact of a church that uses Funnels Amplified, please contact that church directly about your information.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, church or ministry name, email address, phone number, billing address and anything you send us in a form, email or support request.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Usage information: log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and the date and time of each visit.
  • Cookies and similar tools: we use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Services may stop working.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain and support the Services.
  • To create and manage your account and process payments.
  • To send service messages such as receipts, security alerts, setup steps and account notices.
  • To send marketing messages when you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To register your church's phone number with the phone carriers so your texts can be delivered.
  • To improve the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Customer Data for our own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Funnels Amplified, we may send you account, support and service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The sharing described in the next section excludes all text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Churches that send texts through the platform are responsible for getting consent from their own contacts. Each church must honor STOP and HELP requests. The platform processes opt-outs automatically.

How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that help us run the Services, such as our software platform provider, cloud hosting, phone carriers and messaging providers, email delivery providers and our payment processor. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • At the Customer's direction, for example when a church connects another app or sends a message to its own contacts.
  • Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information would stay covered by a policy at least as protective as this one.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Customer Data stays in the platform while the Customer's account is active. After an account closes, we delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it. Customers can export their contacts before they cancel.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. Those include encrypted connections, access controls and role-based permissions for team logins. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account information from inside the platform or by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email support@churchamplified.com. We may need to verify your identity first. If your request is about Customer Data held by a church, we will pass it to that church and help them respond.

Residents of California and other US states

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. Residents of states with privacy laws may use the rights described above.

Visitors from Canada, the UK and the European Union

The Services are run from the United States, and information is processed there. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States. Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the Services, your consent, and our legal obligations. Canadian users may contact us about their rights under PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws.

Children

The Services are for churches and organizations, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. Customers who collect information about minors through the platform are responsible for getting parental consent where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give account holders notice by email or inside the platform.
